Good Eats starts with the finest quality products. At Ray's Restaurant we purchase nothing but the best. How can we be sure? It's easy when the owner has 31 years of total restaurant experience, with 27 of those years as a sales consultant to restaurants throughout Southern Wisconsin.
Unlike most restaurants today, Ray's Restaurant is a local, family owned restaurant. You will find my father in the kitchen and my mother, brothers, and I working various positions outside of the kitchen. If you watch closely, you'll probably notice my brothers and I playing pranks on our parents as well. After all, who doesn't like messing with their parents? What does interacting directly with the owners mean for you? It means that your feedback comes to the owners directly so there are no middle layers or distortion,.
We also have the best staff in the area. Each of our employees lives and works locally, with many of them residing right here in Edgerton. This is why Ray's Restaurant feels like extended family from the minute you walk in the door because well, we'd like to think that we are.

Banquet roomYes, the rumors are true. Ray's Restaurant in Edgerton, WI has recently completed the renovation of our new banquet room! We're calling it Jimmy's Down Under, which is fitting since the banquet room is located directly below our restaurant dining room. The room sits roughly 40-50 people and is equipped with a full bar, two flat screen TVs, Bose surround sound, and a specifically designed catering menu to meet all your needs. The picture you see on this page as well as in the gallery are actual pictures of the banquet room; just imagine what it would look like filled with your co-workers, family, or friends! Our new banquet room is just one of many ways we differentiate ourselves from the other Edgerton WI Restaurants!
